Describe your growth plan for the past few years: P4Q USA is a company specializing in manufacturing of electronic products and systems. The solar and train industry brought us to the U.S. and our company grew to fit into the automotive industry.
Has the company experienced any challenges due to growth, and how do you handle them? Our experience has been that the American and European cultures are very different and it has been a challenge. We are learning and adapting with the help of local resources. Another challenge is finding people to hire. We have been working with local staffing agencies to help us find qualified workers with much success.
How much of your business is outside New Mexico? We try our hardest to use as many local suppliers as we can find. There are a handful of suppliers we do use from out of state.
As your company continues to grow, do you think being based in New Mexico will still be the right choice? Yes of course! New Mexico was a very good option in many ways.
