Assembly of circuits is performed by means of SMT automated lines. These lines offer great flexibility and they can effectively produce short series and prototypes as well as large volumes

 

This flexibility is achieved mainly through two factors:

1. Off-line programming: a new product acn be programmed while the line is manufacturing another product.

2. On-line product loading: the commands for the next product are entered while the line is manufacturing another product.
Thanks to the technology used and the expertise of P4Q Electronics' staff, the SMD line can mount from simple components such as chips, resistors and capacitors to more complex ones such as 0402, microchips, BGAs, CSBGAs, QFPs pitch 04, etc.

About conventional components assembling, P4Q ELECTRONICS adapts to customers requests with own through-hole assembly and wave soldering facilities, know-how and skilled personnel.
